Are you looking for ways to improve your life, maybe develop some good habits? Well, the simplest way to stick to a good habit is by using a habit tracker. But what exactly do you record on your habit tracker?

We got you covered!

I compiled a list of 70 habits to track to give you ideas for your habit tracker.

Tracking your habits is a great way to tell if you’re making progress towards your goals. Let’s face it, forming a good habit takes a long time and requires you to be invested and motivated to stick to it.

A habit tracker allows you to see how much work you’re putting into it, even though you may not see the results immediately. Check out my habit tracker printable here.

To use your habit tracker, simply shade out the days that you completed the habit. If you didn’t complete the task, leave it blank. This provides instant evidence of the work that you may or may not be doing.

The tracker reminds you to act. And also provides a bit of motivation when you record what you have completed.

So how long should you track your habit!? There are many articles and research that say 21, 66, 254 days.

But if you really want to stick to your habit, then there is no end date. Just keep recording until you feel satisfied you can stick to the habit without tracking it.

This is a shortlist of goals/habits to record in your habit tracker. Try to only focus on 2-3 simple habits at a time to avoid feeling overwhelmed.

For better results, try tracking your habits for more than 30 days.
