  • Practice daily self-care. Keep it simple. Meditate, deep breathing practices, skin care, doing a thing that brings you joy.

  • Find 5 things daily you are grateful for.
  • Spend more time alone.
  • Stop people pleasing and say no more often.

  • Take the stairs when possible.
  • Record everything you spend for a month. This is an amazing way to keep track of your spending.

  • Give someone a compliment.
  • Pick out your daily outfits the night before. If you are working from home or not, getting outfits picked out the night before makes it easy to just grab and go. I do this for my kids as well, save me tons of time in the morning. One less thing to think about.
  • Ensure adequate amount of sleep daily.
  • Pray daily.
  • Find your spiritual practice.
  • Smoke fewer cigarettes daily.
  • Maintain a healthy work-life balance. Poor work-life balance can cause fatigue, stress and poor health. Try setting boundaries, prioritizing self-care, and managing your time better. (source

  • Create a healthy bedtime routine. Reduce screen time at least 1 hour before bed, read a book instead. Since your bedtime routine affects the quality of your sleep.
