Are you looking for 30-day or 90-day challenge ideas? Then keep reading.

The thing I love about monthly challenges is that they don’t need to be this grand, difficult thing. A 30-day challenge can be simple and easy enough to make you want to stick with it. Because they are less intimidating, short-term goals.

Some people stick with these challenges past the 30 days to 90 days or 180 days, since the longer you stick with a challenge, the more beneficial the results.

I know it might tempt you to try multiple challenges at a time but don’t, to avoid becoming overwhelmed and burnout. Be sure to only pick 1-2 challenges at a time to start with.

To stick with the challenge, take immediate action, make it easy, realistic, fun, and something you actually want to do for 30 days and beyond.
