Lately, I have been feeling burnout and run down. I’m currently homeschooling my kids and it’s slowly weighing on my mental and physical wellbeing…

Sometimes we fall into a rut, go through bad breakups, or life just shits on us, for no reason. These are moments where you totally need to know how to glow up fast.

This post is a how to glow up list. How to glow up physically and mentally, a glow up challenge to help you finally look and feel like a bombshell.

A glow up is a person’s transformation into a more professional and attractive version of themselves. This applies to positive changes in one’s appearance, gaining more confidence, and professional success.

A glow up is also seen as a physical, mental and emotional transformation of oneself, sort of like a mini makeover. Like becoming your ideal self.

But don’t just glow up overnight and two months later you’re back where you started. Identify what causes you to look and feel like crap.

Sometimes we have deeper emotional issues that prevent us from living our ideal life.

But keep in mind that if you are looking to form lasting habits, it usually takes 18-254 days to form a new habit and 66 days for a new behavior to become automatic.
