Self-care includes anything you do to care for yourself, mentally, physically and spiritually. The ability of individuals or communities to promote health, prevent disease. Self-care also includes hygiene, lifestyle, and nutrition.
Self-care is about making small, purposeful efforts that provide pleasure and cuts back on stress and irritability.
